چکیده
Intrоduction . Sinonasal papilloma is a benign tumor. The standard treatment for sinonasal inverted (SIP) surgical intervention. tumor located primarily in the maxillary sinus (50.9 %). originated from has aggressive characteristics and can dislodge local anatomical structures, infraorbital canal particular. Aim To present descriptive characteristic of structural changes during SIP growth determine optimal volume dissection. Materials methods A retrospective study patients with was performed. From total cohort (n = 37), 15 primary localization were selected. In all cases, same diagnostic algorithm used. Separately, evaluation anatomy based on preoperative analysis computed tomography paranasal sinuses intraoperative endoscopic exam Surgical strategy used cases consisted tissue removal, resection mucoperiosteum subperiosteal dissection walls using bur. During surgery material collected control histological examination. Results 20 % form hyperostosis, erosion dehiscence observed. 13.3 caused distortions structure walls. data showed results as visualization. For removal lesion pathologically changed canal, transnasal partial maxillectomies (type 3 or 4) Follow-up duration varied between 1 5 years, mean follow-up years. effective patients, no recurrences Conclusion SIPs growing sinus, condition must be special interest. effectiveness flexibility consisting combination sinus.
